Since 1999, Primia school has being offering an orientation and assistance service to the world of work. It has set up a data base, where job offers by beauty centres or companies have been collected and analysed.
A specific notice board has been fixed in the recreational areas of the school to enable students and ex students of our school, who are looking for a job, to get in touch directly with those companies in need of beauticians.
Moreover, the school actively collaborated with the province employment centres, the category associations and with private companies highly specialised in the job offer. Such service is even available on line, on the school web site.
Primia school does a follow up on the employment results, aiming at checking the offer effectiveness, and eventually at re-planning the offer on the basis of the skills requested by the world of work. To monitor this research, students are given specific questionnaires, at the beginning, during and finally at the end of the school year of training. One year after the course of study end, the school gets telephonically in touch with its ex students, in order to know their employment condition.
